- Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, referral source, and browser type via Vercel Analytics.
- Click tracking: Anonymized click data on outbound links (e.g., event registration links, organization websites) to measure engagement.
- Cookies: We use cookies to manage your session, remember your region preference, and authenticate logged-in users. See Section 7.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To publish and manage event listings on the platform.
- To process organization claim requests and verify ownership.
- To create and manage your account for listing management.

- To send marketing emails about platform updates, premium listing opportunities, and community news — only with your explicit consent.
- To send SMS messages about your listing or account — only with your explicit consent.

- Public display: Organization names, descriptions, websites, and contact information you provide for your claimed listing are displayed publicly on the platform. Event details you submit are published publicly after approval.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or legal process.
6. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.
- Event submissions: Published events remain on the platform until the event date passes or you request removal.
- Analytics data: Anonymized click and usage data is retained indefinitely.
- Claim requests: Retained for 1 year after resolution, then deleted.
7. Cookies
We use the following cookies:
- ntm-region: Stores your selected region (e.g., Tampa Bay, Austin). Essential for displaying relevant local events.
- supabase-auth-token: Manages your login session if you have an account. Essential for authenticated features.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features (like region detection and login) may not work properly.
